What happens in the consultation
We walk the home together. I’m looking at the existing conditions — what’s working, what isn’t, what the house is asking for — and listening to how you actually use the space day to day.
Most clients come in with a general sense that something needs to change but aren’t sure where to start or how far to take it. The consultation is where that gets sorted out. You’ll leave with a clear scope, a sense of the process, and an honest assessment of what the project involves.
This consultation is the starting point for all Studio Olio projects — historic renovation, interior design, or both. If you’re not sure which category your home falls into, that’s fine. We’ll figure it out together.
The $650 fee is credited in full toward the design fee if you move forward with the project.
